Compliance with 17 U.S.C. § 512 & International Copyright Standards
NHLBite ("the Platform") respects the intellectual property rights of others and adheres strictly to the safe harbor provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512) and the European Union Electronic Commerce Directive. It is our policy to respond expeditiously to legitimate infringement notices and remove or disable access to any infringing hyperlink indexed on our site.
Non-Hosting Operational Clarification
Please be advised that NHLBite does not host, upload, broadcast, retransmit, or store any video, audio, or media content on our web servers. NHLBite functions exclusively as an automated information location tool and indexer, providing hyperlinks to media publicly accessible across third-party web servers.
Because we do not control the destination servers hosting external broadcasts, removing a link from NHLBite will not delete the original stream from the internet. To remove content at its root, copyright owners should also contact the network host or CDN provider serving the underlying media files.
